Sundae OÜ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple Watch devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.2. In-App Purchase
WatchLight Pro ($1.99 USD, one-time) unlocks additional features. This is a non-consumable purchase processed by Apple. Family Sharing is supported. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.3. SOS Disclaimer
The SOS flashing mode is intended for visual signaling only. It is not connected to emergency services. Do not rely on this feature as your sole means of emergency communication.4. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sundae OÜ does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sundae OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data in the App are the property of Sundae OÜ or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.7. Changes

WatchLight does not collect any personal information. The app does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email address, or any other identifying information, and does not use analytics or tracking frameworks of any kind.2. Data Storage
All app settings (your colour preferences, brightness level, gesture configuration, and Pro purchase status) are stored locally on your Apple Watch using on-device storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to Sundae OÜ or any third party.3. Network Activity
WatchLight makes no network requests except for Apple's StoreKit framework, which handles in-app purchases. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple and are subject to Apple's own privacy policy. Sundae OÜ does not receive, store, or have access to any payment information.4. Third-Party Services
WatchLight does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, or crash reporting tools.5. SOS Strobe Feature
The SOS strobe feature provides a visual signal pattern only. It does not contact emergency services, transmit your location, or send any data to any server. In a real emergency, always contact your local emergency services directly.6. Children's Privacy
WatchLight does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Since the app collects no data at all, it is inherently compliant with COPPA and similar regulations.7. Changes to This Policy
